For those of you who just want to focus on Jade Egg exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles or are curious about working with a Jade Egg, this is the group of practices for you. Each session builds upon the previous, working in a relaxed somatic manner. I guide you in the practice of Yoni Yoga Nidra® combined with simple yoni egg exercises. Our focus is on bringing greater intelligence to our pelvic floor muscles so we have greater access to and refinement in our pelvic floor activity. They are specifically designed to maintain a sense of relaxation, even while you are actively working your pelvic floor muscles.

In our seventh session I guide you through a Yoni Yoga Nidra® meditation that builds upon the skills you learned in the previous Yoniverse sessions. This session will enhance your pelvic floor strength in a nuanced and subtle process that is sure to put a little zip in your day. Though not required, using your Jade Egg will accelerate your access to specific neuromuscular connections in your somatic nervous system. Overall this session will bring greater sensual aliveness and sexual presence to your sacred center of creativity and feminine intelligence.
In this Yoni Yoga Jade Egg Series to strengthen and awaken your pelvic floor-yoni connection, our eighth session, I guide you through a Yoni Yoga Nidra® meditation that builds upon the skills you learned in Yoniverse #3. In this session we begin to journey into a deeper layer of somatic presence, excavating for any deeply hidden blocks to your sensual and creative potential. We continue to develop refined movement and a subtle but potent sensory awareness within your somatic nervous system. This session has a specifically design Jade Egg sequence of somatic movements. When practice regularly they will tone and enliven your pelvic floor muscles. They will also engage you in a nuanced manner to enhance your sensual aliveness, sexual presence, and to awaken your sacred center of creativity and feminine intelligence.
In this Yoni Yoga Jade Egg Series to strengthen and awaken your pelvic floor-yoni connection, our ninth session, I guide you through a Yoni Yoga Nidra® meditation that builds upon the two previous sessions. I invite you to take a quantum leap into your sensual awakening. This practice has the potential to shift your “I’m ready” button into one of our most powerful and sensitive erogenous zones.
